Do I need a bracket kit to install a roadmaster stabilizer on mr 2006 E450 motor home if already equipped with the factory stabilizer

The Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer with Mounting Brackets for Class A and C Motor Homes # RM-RBK24-RSSC is the correct fit for your motorhome. The mounting brackets are likely different, so I recommend upgrading everything. I can't confirm the factory brackets don't work, so if you just want the stabilizer you can use part # RM-RSSC.
