Is this the right size for 2019 Highlander ?

The Yakima Wind-Shield Fairing for Roof Racks part # Y05017 measures 40" long with the two furthest mounting clamps 28-1/2" apart. This should be a great size for the factory roof rack on a 2019 Toyota Highlander.
