Do the lenses serve as reflectors when the lights are no lit? If no, are there any that do?

I may have a solution for you, however, the Optronics Sealed 6-1/2 Inch LED Trailer Light, # STL70RB, does not contain reflectors. At this time we do not have any 6-1/2 inch oval tail lights that have reflectors in the lens.
Instead, I would recommend using the Flange Mount Oval LED Trailer Light, # STL78RB, and adding the Snap-On Reflector Ring, # A78RXB. As mentioned in the title of the product, this ring will simply snap over the light on top of the mounting flange to provide a reflector around the light.
