The Curt Drawbar for 1-1/4" Hitches part # C45028 (5-3/8" Rise) is the most amount of rise we offer for a standard ball mount that fits a 1-1/4" trailer hitch receiver. The 2" Hitch Ball can then be added with part # C40018. The 5/8" difference in height won't be a real issue and it's the best you will be able to get.
