looking for trailer hitch class 5. my outside measurement is 33 1/2. working on a 2019 extended flatbed isuzu

There are a number of options for Class V trailer hitch receivers that are weld-on options and fit a frame width of 33-1/2 inches, it just depends on what is best for your application in terms of drop (there isn't anything custom fit for your Isuzu, hence a weld-on hitch being the only option).
