Question:
Hi, I have a 2015 Lance 1575 trailer with the solar panel option. Which device would you recommend to charge the trailer battery with the car while traveling? Note, I plan to upgrade to a Lithium battery in the future. Also, any recommendation for an installer? Thanks

To charge your batteries on your 2015 Lance 1575 from your vehicle or solar power and that is compatible with lithium batteries, I recommend the The Manager30 Battery Management System with Lithium Profile
Item # RED88FR and the Pollak 7-Circuit-Breaker Junction Box Item # PK52249. The junction box helps protect the battery sensor from corrosion. This kit is to charge and manage your batteries from solar power and from shore power. This kit operates like 6 products in 1 - auxiliary battery charger, 110-volt charger, solar regulator, battery isolator, load disconnect controller, and remote battery monitor.
To charge your batteries from your vehicle you need to add the Trailer Installation Kit for Redarc BCDC Battery Charger or Manager30 System - 40/50 Amp Item # e29ZR. This kit connects from the manager 30 to an Anderson type connector between the trailer and vehicle. The trigger wire in the kit connects from the manager 30 to a vehicle ignition source. This wire does not always have to be installed for the battery to charge. The trigger wire is designed for variable voltage alternators to trigger the DC input and if connected has to be activated in the user menu. When in touring mode the manager 30 uses a 3 stage process to charge the house battery while towing. Boost, Absorption, and Float. The system starts off with boost mode which is a quick charge. Once the battery meets the optimal level it moves to absorption mode which is a slow charge. Once the absorption mode meets the optimal level, the system switches to float mode which doesn't allow the battery to be overcharged. It will basically drain it a little and recharge it to maintain a full status without damage.
As far as instillation, I recommend a suitable location that is familiar with the Manger 30. If you are wanting to install the system yourself, I have installed this system in the following linked videos which can assist in walking you through how to install it at home. You can also contact our customer service department here and schedule the system to be installed by our professional installers.
