Dimensions of Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver 13900

Question:

Can you tell me what the measurement is from the bottom of the vehicle frame to the top of the cross tube and from the bottom of the frame to the top of the receiver tube? Seeing if this will work on my 1963 Dodge D100.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Multi Fit - Class III - 2" # C13900 measures 4-3/8 inches from the frame mounting point to top of crossbar. It measures 6-7/8 inches from the frame to the bottom of the crossbar and top of the receiver collar, and to the lowest point which is the bottom collar of the receiver tube it is 9-3/8 inches. I've attached a photo to assist.
