What is the best way to secure two of the Hollywood Racks Truck Bed Bike Carrier Fork Mounts to the 20x60 Rola Packer Cargo Carrier in order to transport two bikes, one of which is a 70-pound electric cargo bike? Im considering using metal mending plates for the underside of the cargo carrier for added stability, but Im not sure what size and type of bolts and washers to use or if there is a better way. Thank you much!

We have hitch mounted bike racks that can be used with 70 lb e-bikes but the Hollywood Racks Truck Bed Bike Carrier Fork Mounts # HRT970 that you referenced has a 45 lb per bike capacity which would not work for your bikes. The Hollywood Racks RV Rider part # HLY64FR though would be a really great option as it has an 80 lb per bike capacity.
