The Curt hitch # C13343 that you referenced weighs a total of 39 lbs. With this and a standard ball mount you'd probably be adding about 45 lbs to the rear of the vehicle. If you were concerned about suspension sag we have the Timbren kit part # TTORSEN04 which will provide additional support to it.
