Hitch for a dodge 2018 2500. Does this TLE1648 extension come in size 2 1/2 inch for the dodge with chains I am looking for one maybe 36”

There is a hitch extender and reducer that fits a 2-1/2 inch trailer hitch receiver and can be used with chains, though nothing specifically for a Ram truck.

The extender and reducer that fits your 2-1/2 inch hitch and is closest to 36 inches is the Curt Hitch Extension and Reducer for 2-1/2" Trailer Hitches # C45048.

This is 34 inches from pin hole to pin hole, comes with a pin and clip, but can be locked to your hitch with the Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # C23519.
