Replacement Strut for Stabilus Lift-O-Mat on Dometic Awning

Question:

My Travel Trailer is a 2019 Coachmen Catalina Legacy, CAT263RLSLE. It has a 15foot Dometic Power awning which currently has Stabilus Lift-O-Mat 3108392.139 struts. I have one that is no longer holding itsfoot arm assembly in the extended position. Will the LC289343 be a suitable replacement? Seems to be for me.

The Solera Gas Strut part # LC280343 is designed for Lippert-Solera branded awnings. That said, it should be able to be used with others but you'd need to verify the dimensions in order to ensure compatibility. The length for this strut will be 26.46" when extended and 15.04" when retracted. It puts out 124 lbs of force so as long as this all matches what you have you'll be good to go.

I unfortunately cannot cross reference any Stabilus Lift-O-Mat parts.
