Hi everyone, Steve here with etrailer. Today, we're taking a look at a replacement large striker plate for Bauer RV door locks without pins. So folks, if your RV door is not lining up, it just doesn't feel secure once you close it, the issue could possibly be something as simple as a striker plate, just like this one here. So over time, striker plates, like any other part, is gonna wear down, potentially shift, and that can cause your door to rattle, stick, or not latch as tightly and securely as they need to. So this is a large size replacement striker plate. It's gonna give you more surface area, it's gonna give you better engagement, and that's gonna improve how that door closes, and also more importantly, how it holds close.

Now this version is a pinless. So it's ideal if you have existing pins that are still in good condition, or if you're matching a specific setup. And it's made from durable metal construction. So it's gonna be handling all those constant vibrations and everything, as we know, comes with RV travel, camper travel, and those kind of things. Pretty quick installation.

You're just gonna reuse your standard hardware. And you got two screw holes here on the left and right. And then once it's installed, you're gonna notice a tighter, more secure latch and a smoother closing feel, once your door is shut with this installed.
