Question:

Will the hitch lock and anti-rattle device part # THSTL2 work with Thule 515-0109 bike rack? If not, do you sell a similar package anti-rattle bolt, lock, locking core that will work with this bike rack?

The Thule 515-0109 is just a generic number that was used on their very old hitch mounted bike racks (mostly found in Europe). There are some models that will be able to use the # THSTL2 but I can't tell you if yours is one of those options. Other models will only be able to use the Replacement 12 x 40 mm Hitch Bolt for Thule Hitch Bike Racks and Goalpost Hitch Mounted Load Bar # 908-1240-54 for connection. The hitch bolt that comes in the # THSTL2 is M12 x 1.75 and is roughly 4 inches long. so the threaded portion.
