Troubleshooting Curt Spectrum Where Green Light on Knob Is Always On

I have a curt spectrum that stays solid green all the time. Having a hard time solving the problem

Expert Reply:
Usually when the knob on the Curt Spectrum # C51170 only shows green lights, it means that the red wire is connected to ground side of stoplight switch or is shorted to ground; you'll want to check the wiring to make sure that your connection to the stoplight switch is correct and that it is properly grounded.
You also may need to change the switch setting, which I've attached the instructions for to this answer. If neither of these address your issue, please let me know and I can give you a few other things to check.
