Will the Single-Bottle Liquid Propane Gas Rack Fit a Standard Size Propane Tank

Question:

My 20lb propane tank has a 8inch diameter ring on the bottom of the bottle. Will the J lip of this #20200-JR accommodate my bottle? On Amazon one of the reviews said a similar designed j mount bracket would only accommodate a bottle with a 10inch diameter ring. Mine, again has an 8inch ring.

The Single-Bottle Liquid Propane Gas Rack part # 2020-JR seems to work out well with tanks like yours. In the video I did on the rack we used a tank with an 8" ring on the bottom and had good results. This may vary with tank manufacturer's designs however.

I have seem in some cases the fit won't be nearly as good as what we experienced with seemingly similar type tanks.
