Question:

I called my dealer and asked if they had a trailer hitch for my Ford Hybrid Titanium Escape 2020. They told me Ford does not make one for my vehicle. You website shows a hitch for my Ford 2020 Escape Titanium. I have a leased vehicle, and was wondering if this might void my warranty.

When you install an aftermarket part on your vehicle like a trailer hitch in this case, you are protected by the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act. This act states, in part, that unless the installation and the part caused a problem then the warranty cannot be voided. So, you're not going to void the warranty just by having one installed on your vehicle.

As for your hitch, the Curt # C23FR has been confirmed to fit on your 2020 Ford Escape Titanium edition and will install without any drilling or cutting. I've linked an installation video that you can use to follow along if you intend to install this yourself. If you're planning on towing with this hitch, you'll also need a wiring harness, which you can use the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector
Item # C75CR for. This will install a 4 way plug on the back of your vehicle to power trailer lights.
