I was wondering if this part v8880117 will fit the Yakima frontloader.

We do have the correct replacement end cap for the Yakima FrontLoader Bike Rack # Y02103, though it is difference than the part you mentioned. There are actually two possible end caps, depending on the age of your FrontLoader.

If your FrontLoader has a steel tray, the correct part is the Replacement End Cap for Yakima FrontLoader and ForkLift # Y8880188.

If your FrontLoader has an aluminum tray, you need the Replacement End Cap # Y80140. However, this end cap is only for FrontLoader's made from October 2008-June 2009, so it is very likely you need the other end cap.
