Best E-bike Rack for Jeep Wrangler to Clear Rear Spare

Can you provide some rack recommendations for the following: * 2 e-bikes each at 50 lbs, both with fenders * 2 in hitch receiver, 10 inch clearance from hitch pin to mounted spare tire. Thanks, Elizabeth

Your best option for an e-bike rack that will clear the hitch pin to spare dimension of 10 inches would be the Hollywood Racks RV Rider part # HR87FR which has this dimension as 12 inches and since it uses frame clamps instead of wheel clamps is perfectly compatible with bikes that have fenders as well.
