We do have a solution for you, but you should not turn your Curt Trunnion Style Weight Distribution System # 17302 upside down (unless you were referring to the shank, which you can flip).
This system comes with a shank that gives a maximum rise of 7-1/2" and maximum drop of 1/2" so what you'll need is simply a new shank that will get you level.
What I recommend instead is the Curt Welded Weight Distribution Shank # C17123.
For a trunnion bar system like yours, this shank will give you a maximum drop of 8-1/4" and a maximum rise of 11-1/2".
