Troubleshooting Furrion Vision S Camera System Monitor that Wont Stay On

Question:
I recently got a backup camera and sidemarker light installed bt camping world of kingston, ny. The system comes on and shows everything the way it is suppose to for about 1 minute and then the views go away until you hit the screen again. Is it not suppose to stay on? Help please.

The Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Observation Camera System w/ Side Marker Light Cameras - 5" Screen # FCE48TASL-05 can be setup to stay on for constant observation. You will need to adjust your monitor settings as it sounds like it may be in a power save mode. It also may be an issue if they didn't set up the cameras for constant power. Each camera has a trigger wire so if that isn't linked to the constant power, the camera may need to be triggered to work.
