Question:
I have a fan on my vent and of course its time for a new vent however the raising mechanism is not in the center its on the right side of the cover. Do you have one like that

I have a solution for you but the model you have is no longer available. We have seen the side lift in the past in older style vents but newer ones seem to have them in the middle. You can replace the entire assembly with the Replacement Roof Vent for MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan part # MA99FR.
The Roof Vent Installation Kit part # 344270KITW has everything you will need to complete the installation.
