Weight Distribution For 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Question:
I have a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7L V8 with class IV tow package. I was looking at the WDHs and noticed nothing for the 07. I know the 05-07 has the same exact body but are any of the other hitches compatable with the 07?

A weight distribution system is not a vehicle specific item. As long as the hitch included with the tow package on your Grand Cherokee is compatible with weight distribution, and Jeep makes no prohibitions about using weight distribution, you can certainly use the properly rated system.
In order to recommend the correct system for you, I will need to know the fully loaded and ready to tow tongue weight of your trailer, plus the weight of anything stowed in the cargo area behind the rear axle.
If you were looking for a receiver hitch that is compatible with a weight distribution system, I would recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Class III, part # 75338. This hitch has a 5000 lb towing/750 lb tongue weight capacity. When used with weight distribution, the max towing weight is 7500 lbs towing/750 lb tongue weight. Keep in mind, if the towing capacity of your Grand Cherokee is lower, you will be limited to the lower capacity.
To see an install video showing the # 75338 being installed on a 2006 Grand Cherokee which will be similar to your Jeep, click the provided link.
