Assuming your 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE has the stock 255/50-19 tire size, I'd recommend the Konig K-Summit self tensioning tire chains, part # TH02230K66. These chains offer tons of clearance to the wheel wheel and to the inside so they won't come into contact with brake and suspension components. The chains only contact the tires, not the wheel so your wheels won't get torn up, which can happen with traditional type tire chains.
The Konig # TH02230K77 you'd looked at wouldn't fit your stock tire size.
I've linked to an installation video showing the chains being installed. The video shows a different vehicle, but the procedure would be similar on your MB GLE.
