Dimensions of Mounting Opening on Rhino Rack 31102 Batwing and Foxwing Awning Relocation Kit

Please see attached photo. What is the dimension of the opening for the mount to the bar on the roof rack. I am interested in this mount for my non rhino rack bars and if the measurements are correct it would be perfect.
