Can TempFinder part # TM78FR be Powered with Just Batteries

Question:
Can it run off just the batteries? Want to use it Boondocking and only have 12 volt. Want it without having to push a button for it to Diplay

The TempFinder part # TM78FR has ability to be powered from just batteries or from a wall outlet so in your case you could just install the batteries and you'd be set.
