Could this part be mounted on the side of a cargo trailer 7x16 rather than on the roof?

Expert Reply:
There is no reason why you could not install the # 9106-2756 on the side of the trailer.
Screws needed to install the vent are not included. We have the appropriate wood (# 30587) or sheet metal (# 31071) screws available. Using a silicone sealant like part # 0160297 is recommended to prevent water intrusion.
