Question:

I was looking at something like Fulton Bolt-Thru Swivel Marine Jack with Dual Wheels - Sidewind - 12 Lift - 1,500 lbs. or with the single large wheel I could move easy in gravel. Ignore the the pin, the old one broke and that was a make shift solution.

A dual wheel trailer jack like the part # FXPD15L might be able to be pushed around in gravel but it's going to be challenging still as it will want to get hung up on the rocks etc. The best solution would be a Trailer Valet Jack part # STC-V211 which has rubber tires and a crank handle that can be moved on smoother gravel like what you have as we have tested it here.
