The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13195 will take a pro about 45 minutes and a novice about 90 minutes. The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # CU94FR is my recommendation for your trailer wiring. It will take about 15-20 minutes.
