Hi we have a 2012 GMC Dinali Yukon and we are towing a 7500 pound load with a boat our trailer output is not working

The Circuit Tester Kit # PTW2993 will work well to determine when power is or is not coming from your vehicle. The owner's manual shows fuse 3, 6, 10, 25 as trailer fuses. I recommend checking the fuses and then testing the 7-way at each pole for functions. If you still don't have the functions, then disconnect the wiring from the back of the connector and check those pins for functions. If you have the functions there, then you can simply replace the trailer connector with # C55774.
