You can use the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSR-307-40 on your 2017 Ram 1500 with a 4" lift but you may need some spacers to get the maximum performance out of these springs. The total stack size of these springs and mounting hardware is 6-1/2", and they will mount in the spot where your factory bump stops currently sit.

In regards to whether or not you'll need a spacer, my tech contact over at SuperSprings recommends measuring from the face of the cup where the factory bump stop sits down to where the spring would contact. If this distance is 7-1/2", you're not going to need any spacers, but if it is greater than this distance, let me know what you find and I can let you know what parts you can use to close the gap.
