Will Trailer Hitch Receiver for a 2020 Ford Escape Interfere with Backup Sensors

Question:
Would this trailer hitch interfere with any of the crash or backup sensors on my 2020 Escape SE. Someone at the Ford dealer had mentioned that its possible.

The Trailer Hitch Receiver part # DR47FR is perfectly compatible with a 2020 Ford Escape and will not interfere with any sensors or features such as backup sensors, hands free lift gate sensors, etc.
