The best replacement size we have for the outdated 6.40-13 is a 175/80-13. I recommend the Provider ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire part # TTWTRTM1758013C which has a very nice 81 mph speed rating as well as 1,360 lb class c capacity.
