What is the weight capacity of these tow plates? I would like to use a 15,000 pound tow bar, but if the capacity of these plates is lower than that, it would reduce my weight capacity.

The Demco Classic Base Plate Kit part # DM68FR which is a fit for a 2020 Ford F-350 does not have a listed weight capacity as is the case with all base plate kits. They will be suitable for handing the weight of the vehicle and then some without issue.
In regards to a tow bar, the highest rated compatible option we have is the etrailer XHD Non-Binding Tow Bar part # e94ZR which will be plenty since the curb weight of said vehicle is between 5,878 and 7,737 lbs.
