Question:

What would the best hutch rack be for a RAD step thru e bike with fenders. Over 70 years old so would need a ramp to put the bikes on. Did not like the Thule easy fold as it does not fold close to the back of the SUV What other choices would work the best sUV is a 2019 Toyota RAV 4

The Thule EasyFold XT 2 E-Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # TH903202 is the only bike rack that has the ramp. It doesn't fold flat to the vehicle because it is designed more like a suitcase that allows you to easily wheel the rack to your hitch receiver for installation. It will work well on your 2019 Toyota RAV4.

If you want a different bike rack then you won't have the ramp but the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE # HLY74FR will work well with your RAD step thru e-bike with fenders and can fold close to the vehicle when not in use but you will need to lift the bike to load it.
