Question:

I purchased the Curt 56399 wiring harness for my 2017 Pacifica Limited but the polarity ears do not match. Now it looks like I need this C56322 instead. Will the 56399 work or do I need to make a request for return and trade to the C56322? If the polarity is the same I can trim the polarity ears back and make the plug fit.

The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56322 is the only fit from Curt for your 2017 Pacifica Limited. The Curt # C56399 you ordered is only a fit for the LX and Touring trim models so it will not fit your Limited trim model.
