Is the Curt Echo compatible with my 2020 Porsche Cayenne with the factory tow package and 7 way plug? The LED light does not light when I plug it in.

The Curt Echo Mobile brake controller part # C51180 will work if installed in your 2020 Porsche Cayenne. If you aren't seeing the power light come on that would indicate you don't have the power wire ran for the 7-way like the part # ETBC7L you referenced. Make sure you have the black wire ran to the positive battery post and you'd be set.
