Adding 4-Pole Trailer Connector to 2020 Chevy Sillverado Trail Boss in Addition to Factory 7-Way

Question:

I just purchased a 2020 Chevy trail boss and it has a 7 pin trailer connector with two video outlets above it but it does not have a 4 pin flat connector. I would like to add a 4 pin flat connector to plug my LED break light bar into that I am installing. Do you have a harness that would add a 4 pin flat connector while leaving the rest of the factory connections?

The Curt # C56584 you'd looked at would work perfectly. At the back of the existing 7-way, find where the tow package harness plugs into the back of the 7-way. There will be a gray clip that you will slide out, which will allow you to unplug the harness from the back of the 7-way. Then, you'd plug the Curt # C56584 inline with that connection. It's a very simple installation that should only take a few minutes.

I've linked you to an install video for an identical wiring harness. The procedure shown would work exactly the same on your 2020 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss.
