Will this work with a Wingbar Evo crossbar?

Because the Thule # TH04997 quick mounts for the Thule Adventurer, Cascade, Excursion, Frontier, or Mountaineer cargo boxes fit crossbars that are up to 3-1/2 inches wide, they will indeed work with Thule WingBar Evo crossbars which are 3-1/8 inches wide.
