Do Bumper Brackets of Lippert Components Flip Down Slotted Bike Rack Weld or Bolt On

In the ETRAILER video showing this product it appears that the bumper brackets are in fact welded to the frame and not bolted? Is that correct? Thanks!

Expert Reply:
The brackets part # LC373965 that you referenced of the kit part # LC243621 basically either bolt around or weld to the bumper support beam on the RV. I attached a picture that shows them welded which is what you saw in the install video but you could also drill holes in the bumper and use included hardware to secure the brackets.
