The SM Arnold Bi-Level Vehicle Cleaning Brush with Telescoping Flow-Thru Handle - 10inch Cleaning Head appears to allow you to completely turn off the water on the handle without having to climb down from the roof. The SM Arnold 5-Level Vehicle Cleaning Brush with Telescoping Flow-Thru Handle - 8inch Cleaning Head has a flow regulator, but the video nor the description say if you can completely stop the water. Can you turn the water off at the handle? As there are no reviews, have you had any feedback on the difficulty of putting back together if you telescope too far? Reviews of other brands on other sites have mentioned that if you pulled them out too far, you couldn’t put them back together. How do the SM Arnolds do with that?

Yes the SM Arnold 5-Level Vehicle Cleaning Brush with Telescoping Flow-Thru Handle # 38183-038 can totally shut off the water using the adjustments in the handle.
