According to my research, the Tie Down 70LC drum brake actuator is rated for 7,000 lbs and attaches to a 2" trailer hitch ball, and we do have a quality replacement for that from Titan:
- Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator # T43397007K
This drum-brake actuator is rated for 7,000 lbs like your Tie Down, bolts onto a 3" wide channel tongue and fits 1-7/8", 2" or 50 mm hitch balls.
I have added a link to a video review for you to check out as well.
