Can QM3 Mounting Kit be Used with Old Style Thule Mountaineer for OEM Bars on 2018 Audi Q7

Question:
Would this fit on a 2018 Audi Q7 with factory roof base bars? If not is there a kit to modify so it would fit? The Old style Thule Mountaineer box uses the plates with wing nuts and carriage bolts

Thanks Jon - I was worried about the width of the Mountaineer mounting points and the bar spacing on the Audi. Can you move the brackets in the cargo box to get more space between them? Also can I buy the parts above separately?
