With this hard ware kit fit 19 Chevy crew cab Bc I have a old set of 2013 Chevy nerf bars. But the brackets ant long enough or Go out very far

The # AABRKT-204046 bracket kit you mentioned would be compatible with a 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500LD (previous year body style), 2500 and 3500 Double Cab (which is what Chevy calls their Crew Cab).
This being said, I can't say if thosee brackets would be compatible with the OEM Chevy bars you have, as Aries hasn't tested their compatibility.
For something that's sure to fit, your best bet would be to get new bars/brackets/hardware like # AA204046-2 in stainless or # AA204046 in black powder coated steel.
