The only way to gt the ed cap with the strap is to get the full replacement they are available for right or left side depending on which one has gone missing the Replacement Wheel Loop for SportRack Wheel-Mounted Bike Racks Left Side is part # 05004800000 Right Side is part # 05004700000.
