Are these bolts and nuts stainless or galvanized? I am using in salt water environment. Thx!

The brake mounting bolt # 7-75 is just made of steel. If you can find a galvanized or stainless bolt with the same threads (bolt size is 7/16-20 and length is 1-1/4 inches) you could use it. Check a local hardware store. Bring one of the old bolts with you so you are sure to get a good match.
If you go with these steel bolts the matching nut is # 6-17 and the lockwasher is # 5-8.
