What length bars are available? I will need bars about 80 inches long wide. Its for a 96 So she full size 250 van - 2500. If long bars are available is the an extra cost?

We have the Thule ProBar Evo Crossbars - Aluminum - 69" Long - # TH713600 and the Rapid Gutter Feet for Thule Crossbars - Rain Gutters - # TH65BJ which will only give you 2 crossbars but you have 4 inches more bar space.
I would suggest going with the TracRac because it will be a lot more useful for hauling longer/heavier loads.
