Is Eric’s E track tiedown ring capable of attaching to the box link on The inside of the bed on my 2018 ford Super duty?

Yes the E-track accessories like the Tie Down Ring # 59131 do fit in the BoxLink cleats in the bed of Ford trucks like your 2018 F-350.
