Hi, The standard drop in this weight distribution shank is not enough for the high hitch receiver on my 2018 Ram 1500 Laramie with one inch lift. Can you please recommend the correct part? Thanks

The shank included with the # FA92-00-0600 Fastway weight distribution system you'd looked at will provide up to a 6 inch rise or a 1 inch drop, so it sounds like you're needing a shank that provides more drop.
3-1/4 inches of drop, use # FA92-02-4213. For 5-1/2 inches, use # FA92-02-4214. Or for up to 9-3/4 inches, use # FA92-02-4315.
