Question:

All I need are 16 of the bolts and nuts, not the plate. Is this possible? What would the cost be? Length can be 2inch to 4 Thanks

The CE Smith U-Bolt Kit for Mounting 1-1/2" Square Trailer Axles - 3-3/8" Long U-Bolts - Zinc # CE23102 unfortunately doesn't have direct replacement parts outside of the kit. The Replacement U-Bolt with Nuts for 1-1/2" Wide, Square Trailer Axles - 1/2" Diameter # 1753223 is the closest we have to what you are seeking but it is not zinc plated and is 5 inches long.
