For your 2018 Infinity Q50, I recommend the Thule Gateway Pro 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms # TH88VR over the Passage # TH910XT. This is due to the integrated cable lock of the Gateway Pro as well as the arms being slightly closer together for smaller frame bikes as well as more space between the bikes. I recommend getting the Thule Passive Security Strap for Trunk Mounted Bike Carriers # TH533 to secure the rack to your vehicle.
